  • Turn an international dealer network into a single, scalable demand engine - not 50 campaigns running in isolation.
  • Deliver premium-brand lead generation on a budget any dealer can afford, across three languages and markets.
  • Beat sector economics: rivals run €10-15k per dealer per year. We had to perform on a fraction of that.
Our approach
One concept, localised per market, powering every dealer from a single system - with a live dashboard the whole network can see.
  • Strategy: An always-on ambassador programme built to scale: every dealer onboarded into one system, content localised per market (NL/FR/DE), German visuals personalised per ambassador, and learnings from strong regions (FR) rolled out to the rest.
  • Narrative & tone of voice: Platform-specific creative (square for Facebook, 4:5 for Instagram), carousel posts driving straight to each dealer’s page, and a premium brand story that still books showroom visits.
  • Digital ecosystem: A dedicated landing page per dealer, a shared content calendar dealers can access and approve, and a live dashboard turning campaign data into decisions in real time.
  • Performance marketing: Google Ads for direct leads, Meta for reach and traffic, optimised relentlessly for lead conversion, driving cost per outbound click down from €2 to €0.70 and CPL into the €45 range on just €33 media per dealer per month.
